Woah... been on hiatus for a month. Nothing really much to say except that I've started on my hardcore torture training in order to prepare myself for canoeing next year. Been trying to force-feed myself to hit the 60 kg mark but I'm still stuck at 59.6 kg... shucks.
My gym-freak of an uncle says that eating lots of high calorie food will help, so I'm poised to kill myself everyday with 5 meals per day lol.
Yup, gotta train harder in order to make it! Maybe I'll increase my bicep weight next time I hit the gym, or should I just increase my rep? lol okay bye.
